RING SIZING

We can send you a ring sizer free of charge if you are based in the UK. Please email us at shop@missoma.com to request one and send us your delivery address.

For help measuring your ring size please visit our Ring Sizing Guide. This gives you several options for how to measure your ring size, or how to find out someone else’s ring size if you are looking to buy a ring as a gift.



PRE-ORDERS

You can Pre-Order Out of Stock items online. Payment will be taken online, and you will receive an Order Confirmation email with 2-3 working days with your estimated delivery date (up to 6 weeks from order date).

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking number.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Yes we ship worldwide. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.

The Delivery charge to Europe is £12 and outside of Europe is £20. Goods are sent via Fedex or DPD/Interlink and take 3-5 working days to reach Europe and 5-10 working days to the rest of the world.

PROMO-CODES

From time to time we may offer promotional codes, either on our own website or through carefully selected partners. If you have a Promo Code, please enter it at the payment stage of Check Out where it says Promo Code. Please note, our Promo Codes can expire and therefore may need to be used within a certain time frame.

Gift Wrapping

If your Missoma jewellery is intended as a gift, then we are happy to gift wrap it for you. Gift wrapping is available for an additional £5.00 (per item); simply tick the Gift Wrapping box at Check out where you can also add a message.

UK Free Delivery:  FREE Next Working Day if ordered by 12pm (via DPD/Interlink)

London Same Day Delivery:  £12 (Same Day Courier if ordered before 12pm) 

Europe Delivery:  £12 (FedEx:  3-5 working days).

Internationl Delivery:  £20 (FedEx: 5-10 working days).

SAME DAY DELIVERY

If you have a special occasion that you need to wear your Missoma jewellery for that evening, then we will be more than happy to help deliver it to you that same day. This applies to all London orders, if placed before 12pm. Your jewellery will be sent out via Courier at an extra cost of £12. Please select ‘London Same Day Delivery’ during Check-out and your jewellery will be delivered to your home or office that day.*

*Please note, someone will need to be at the address to sign for the parcel.



PAYMENT

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed. If you have ordered an engraved item or purchased a special order, the payment will also be taken at the time of ordering.



VAT

VAT (at 20%) is included on all orders within the UK & Europe, and is included in the listed retail price.



0 VAT OUTSIDE THE EU

VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any orders being delivered outside the EU. This amount will be deducted from the Total at Checkout once you have selected a country outside the EU.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron or Solo.



PAYING SECURELY

At Missoma, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Missoma employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Sage Pay. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Sage Pay are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally-signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Sage Pay is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant and is regulated by qualified security assessor Trustwave.



CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at shop@missoma.com or call us at +44 (0)20 3176 6822 before 2pm the same day (or the following day, if you placed your order after 12pm).



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have an easy returns policy. You can return your jewellery free of charge within the UK for any reason up to 14 days after receipt (for UK & International deliveries); the jewellery item(s) must not have been worn and must still have the security label in tact. Please note, we cannot accept returns on engraved pieces unless faulty. 



EXCHANGING AN ITEM?

If you would like to exchange an item for another style or a different ring size, please contact our Customer Service on +44 (0)20 3176 6822.

We will check stock accordingly and confirm how to send your item back to us.

Please note: Return costs are not refunded but we will send out your (1st) replacement item for free. All product returns must be received within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

Please note, all engravable order for CHRISTMAS delivery can only be guaranteed if ordered by Noon on Friday 16th December.

Thereafter, engraving services will not be available until 3rd January 2017.

PLATING LONGEVITY

Your gold plating pieces are guaranteed for 1 year. If your Missoma jewellery needs re-plating before this 1 year period, we will re-plate it for free.
