Customer Service

How can I reach Customer Service?
Our customer service team is happy to help you with any queries you may have. Please either email us at info@missoma.com or call us on
+44 (0)20 7025 2513.
Customer service is available Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays).
We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours. If you leave a telephone message outside of working hours, we will return your call the next working day.
 

Gemstones

Are the stones real?
Yes. All stones used in Missoma jewellery are natural, semi-precious gemstones.
(Only in very few instances are there zircons (CZ) which are man-made & used as a diamond alternative).

Where do you source your gems from?
The Missoma designers personally source and select all the gem stones themselves from India, Thailand and Hong Kong. They are chosen for their depth of colour, facet and clarity, and we make every effort to select only the highest quality gemstones for our jewellery.

Where is your jewellery made?
All Missoma jewellery is hand-made in India & Thailand.
 

Metals

What is the metal used?
Missoma jewellery is available in either 18ct Gold Vermeil (18ct yellow gold micron plating on sterling silver) or Sterling Silver. All Sterling Silver is 925 nickel-free.

What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is Sterling Silver that has been micron plated with 18ct Gold. Micron plating has undergone a process of electrolysis which is the most durable form of plating. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 10ct and be at least 1.5micrometres thick.
Missoma jewellery has at least 3 micro-metres of gold.

Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual image size on the Internet.

Stockists

How can I find where a specific item is stocked?
If you call Missoma Customer Service (on +44 (0)20 7025 2524) and let us know which item you are looking for, we will try to direct you to your nearest retailer.
 

Online Shop

How do I search for a piece on Missoma?
There are a number of ways you can search for a piece of jewellery until you find exactly what you’re looking for. On the left hand panel you can browse by COLLECTION to view our jewellery in the collections in which they were designed. You can also browse by CATEGORY to view the specific categories you may be interested in (eg. Rings, Bracelets etc.)
Within each / Category, you can further refine your selection to sort by Price (ascending / descending), Type (sub-category), Metal, Colour (gemstone). See the top horizontal panel to refine your selection.

Can I order by telephone?
If you would like to place an order by telephone please call our Customer Service Team between 9:30am and 5:30pm. They will be able to help you with any questions or product information and can process your order for you.

What are your delivery charges?
UK Standard Delivery: £3 (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery- 1-2 working days)
UK Next Day Delivery (if ordered before 1pm): £8 (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
London Same Day Delivery: £20 (by Courier – if ordered before 1pm)
International Delivery: £20 (Parcelforce; Europe 1-3 working days; International 3-5 working days)

Can my jewellery be delivered today?
If you have a special occasion that you need to wear your Missoma jewellery for that evening, then we will be more than happy to help deliver it to you that same day.
This applies to all London orders, if placed before 1pm. Your jewellery will be sent out via Courier at an extra cost of £20.
Please select ‘London Same Day Delivery’ during Check-out and your jewellery will be delivered to your home or office that day.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes we accept orders from overseas. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
The Delivery charge for overseas (ie. outside of the UK & Ireland) is £20. Goods are sent via Parcelforce and take 1-3 working days to reach Europe and 3-5 working days to the rest of the world.

Is VAT charged online?
VAT (at 20%) is charged on all orders in the UK & Europe, and is included in the retail price / delivery price.

Is VAT excluded on orders being delivered outside of the EU?
VAT (at 20%) is taken off any orders being delivered outside the EU. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total at Check-out once you have selected the International Shipping option for countries outside the EU.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment online by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Electron or Solo.

Can I pay securely on Missoma?
At Missoma, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers.
Missoma employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details that are given to us by you the customer are done so on a secure server using Sage Pay. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Sage Pay are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally-signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Sage Pay is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant and is regulated by qualified security assessor Trustwave.

How do I use a media / promo code?
From time to time we may offer promotional media codes, either on our own website or through carefully selected partners.
If you have a Promo Code, please enter it at the payment stage of Check Out where it says Promo Code. Please note, our Promo Codes may have an expiry day and therefore may need to be used within a certain time frame to apply.

What is your policy for Returns and Exchanges?
We have a free Returns policy. You can return your jewellery free of charge within the UK for any reason.
Simply request a Return Authorisation Code from Missoma Customer Service within 7 days of delivery and we will email this to you.
 Please note, we are unable to process Exchanges, but will give you a full Refund instead.

What do I do if I can’t find the confirmation email?
First check your junk mail, spam folders and current email settings to make sure the problem is with us and not with your email. Otherwise contact our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)20 7025 2513 or email  shop@missoma.com and we will be able to re-send your Confirmation email to you for your reference.

What do I do if I have questions regarding my invoice?
Please contact our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)20 7025 2513 / shop@missoma.com. They will be more than happy to help answer any questions or resolve any problems. 

Is gift wrapping available?
If your Missoma jewellery is intended as a gift, then we are happy to gift wrap it for you. It will arrive in smart Anthracite grey wrapping paper tied with a deep burgundy bow. Gift wrapping is available for an additional £5.00 (per item); simply tick the Gift Wrapping box at Check out.

How do I measure my ring size?
