We hope you love Missoma jewellery as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your piece for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Making a return to Missoma is easy.
You should have received a ‘Return Docket’ with your delivery, which details everything you need to make a return or exchange. If you no longer have this docket, please follow the instructions below.
Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. For products which came with a security tag we are unable to refund these items if the tag has been removed for hygienic reasons.

We recommend that you send back items by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue.

If your Missoma piece was a gift, please provide the name of the person who purchased it from Missoma.
