Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Order number and reason for return.
Please note we cannot accept returns on engraved pieces unless they are faulty.
The returns process from overseas is the same as for the UK. However, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service to return your items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
FROM THE UK
We recommend that you send back the item(s) by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery to ensure safe delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Returns will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received with the security tag intact. Must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).
Missoma will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed.
