At Missoma quality and craftsmanship are of paramount importance to us. However, jewellery by its very nature is delicate. If you should need a repair on any Missoma piece, please email us at [email protected]. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. We will then send you a Repair Authorisation Number, which must be clearly labelled on the package. All repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Missoma will repair, at no charge, any breakage caused by a manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 30 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse or general wear & tear, will incur a repair charge.
We can only accept repairs for items purchased on Missoma.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through Missoma.com.
Please note: Missoma does not accept returns on any item that has been worn (unless faulty).
Please refer to our Jewellery Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your Missoma jewellery in tip-top condition.
All our Missoma pieces are guaranteed for 1 year from the original purchase date (with proof of receipt). If you have a problem, please contact us at [email protected]
giving your original order number and outlining the repair issue.
We guarantee the plating of all our jewellery for a period of 12 months after the original purchase date. Should you need to re-plate your Missoma jewellery within this 12 month period we will re-plate it for you at no extra charge. Please contact our Customer Service team either by call us on +44 (0)20 3176 6822 or email us at [email protected].
Over time, plated gold vermeil (on sterling silver) can fade. This may vary depending on how you look after your jewellery.
Outside of the 12 month guarantee period, we offer a re-plating service at the following guide prices:
- Studs & rings: £15
- Bracelets, earrings & short necklaces: £20
- Cuff & long necklaces: £30
Please note: These prices are an indication only and may vary depending on the individual piece.
Occasionally, there are some pieces that cannot be re-plated. In these instances, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
