CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
  • Missoma will not accept returns of any earrings that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. This is for hygienic reasons.
  • Missoma is not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.
  • Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

FREE UK RETURNS (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND):

Missoma customers can drop their return parcels directly at any of DPD’s 2,500 DPD Pickup Shops. It’s cost-effective, fast and convenient for you to use. With DPD returns, you can track their parcel all the way back to us with notifications providing reassurance throughout the journey. A DPD return label should be enclosed in your order and it is valid for 14 days. Simply attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your local DPD Pickup shop within this time frame. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Missoma jewellery. Please post your faulty item back to us as instructed above using your DPD label. If you have lost this, then simply email us at [email protected] and we will be able to create a new DPD label for you to use. This is applicable for UK and overseas. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will either repair or replace and dispatch as soon as possible. Please note for repairs this may extend the lead time on your returns.

EXCHANGES
  • All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).
  • If you would like to exchange your item, please state which items you would like to exchange for, and why.
  • We are currently only offer 1 exchange per order
  • If you would like to exchange a piece which was purchased more than 1 year ago, we are happy to offer a repair for an addtional cost.
  • If the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the originial value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the orginial value, the difference will be refunded to the original card used for the Order.  
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Missoma’s discretion.
RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

Missoma’s overseas customers can still return their items within 14 days on receipt of product. 

To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us*. 

Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase; this will be marked on your bank statement as ‘Missoma’. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.

In the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact customer service to resolve how we can processed with your return by e-mailing [email protected] We currently do not offer a return service for customers who have changed their minds. 

*Missoma cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us so it is advisable that you use a trackable service.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Refunds will be made within five working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to seven working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
