Things are a little different right now, but we are still taking your online orders, including engraving & monogramming.
Here’s what’s different as we strive to ensure the health of our customers and teams.

STAFF AND ORDER SAFETY

Our warehouse staff are taking the recommended measures to ensure safety when packaging your orders. This means:

A Lot of Hand Washing
Our warehouse team are washing their hands regularly and have been provided safety gloves and masks.

Stringent Cleaning
We have a strict cleaning process in packing areas, including wipe downs and extra space between individual team members.

Warehouse Rota
Our team in the warehouse have reworked their rota to work in shifts, meaning half the amount of people are in the warehouse at one time, ensuring maximum personal safety.

DELIVERY

We're processing orders as quickly as possible, but these changes can make it slower than usual:
 
US & International delivery dispatched within 7 working days.

UK Standard delivery dispatched within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS

UPDATE: We will be accepting domestic and international returns again from Monday 8th June.

Please note there may still be a short delay to your shipments arriving back to our warehouse following this date, as couriers begin slowly returning to their regular operating schedules.

We have extended our returns period to 90 days to give you more time to send orders back to us during this time.

We still aim to process all previously returned orders within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, due to current events at this time.
