Do I have to pay Duties and Taxes?
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of duties and taxs therefore you will be liable for import duties in the usual way. Your local customs office should be able to help you with this.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not provide a click and collect service

Can I change/cancel my order once placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section
Can my parcel be redirected?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and recieve your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly
How does UK Saturday Delivery work?
You can place your order on any working day and it will be delivered on Saturday. If you place your order on Friday to guarantee Saturday delivery you need to complete your order by 1pm.
Can I delivery to a PO Box Address?
We are unable to delivery to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and tempoaray residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Missoma order and that all our orders require a signature for delivery.

Do I need to sign for my Parcel?
For security purposes, all Missoma deliveries require a signature. All mainland UK next-day deliveries are sent via DPD and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail.
We offer Free next day delivery to all UK mainland customerswith the exception of Northern Ireland and Free International 1-3 day delivery to the following countries;
United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain
VAT ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%)
The VAT element is already deducted from the orginial price.
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
These will be dispatched within seven working days of the order being placed (excluding Saturdays).

Please bear in mind that all deliveries need to be signed for, so you’ll need to make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
