See how to stack points and save money more & more!
The Stack is our way of showing our appreciation for you, our community. Once you join you can start collecting points from activities like referring a friend or placing an order. You can then redeem the points against your upcoming orders, so the more you collect the more you save.
It’s simple: just create an account with us and you’ll be part of The Stack and automatically receive 50 points. If you’ve already got an account, you’re automatically enrolled and can start collecting.
You can earn points for different activities like referring friends, liking Instagram posts, and placing orders. Check out the Earn Rewards. section in the dashboard to see all the ways you can earn points. Points collected from placing an order will appear in your account 30 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns).
If you have at least 200 points to spend on an order, you’ll see a points selector option at Checkout – simply select the number of points you’d like to exchange for a cash discount, and save on your next Missoma layer. You need to collect at least 200 points to start redeeming, and can spend 200 points at a time (you can redeem up to £40 per order). For example if you've collected 300 points, you can spend 200 of them on an order, or wait until you've collected 400 to start spending. (Stack points cannot be redeemed in combination with promo codes or on Sale items)
Please note the stack rewards points cannot currently be used with Shop Pay express checkout. We are working to find a solution for this. If you have previously used Shop Pay to complete a purchase, you will be directed here from your shopping bag when you click ‘Checkout’. To exit Shop Pay and redeem your stack rewards points, please select the ‘Check out as guest’ link at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout.
Sign in to see your points balance displayed under My Stack at the top of each page, in your account, and at the top of your Stack dashboard.
Every 20 points saves £1 on your next order – but don’t worry, we’ll do all the math for you.
