Can all jewellery be engraved?
Most necklaces, bracelets, rings and pendants across the edit can be engraved. If in doubt, check each page for engraving options.
Can you engrave a ring, including the inside, or engrave both sides of a piece?

How many characters can you engrave on jewellery?
Up to 1-2 lines per engraved piece. Some pieces can only be engraved with one character.
Can personalised jewellery be returned?
We accept returns up to 60 days after receipt of your order. Returns from mainland UK are free of charge. Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items, as we've customised these pieces especially for you. (If an engraved or monogrammed item was received faulty, please contact us to rectify this.)
