Frequently Asked Questions
Why is it called a Tennis Bracelet?
During a tennis match at the US Open in the 1980s, star player Chris Evert gained international attention when her bracelet dramatically fell off and broke – over her incredible skills, this turned out to be the real show stealer. The piece, previously called an eternity bracelet due to the way it was constructed, then became known as a 'Tennis Bracelet'. Game, set, stack.
What stones are used in Tennis Jewellery?
Our Tennis pieces feature high-quality stones featuring nano crystals, cubic zirconia, or lab grown diamonds. Each are chosen for their brilliance, clarity, and everyday wearability.
What are Nano Crystals?
Nano crystals are innovative, lab-created stones that are designed to mimic the look of natural gemstones, without the impact of mining. They’re ultra-durable and sustainably made.
What are Lab Grown Diamonds?
Identical to their natural alternatives – just a more affordable option and without having to mine the earth. Our 100% traceable lab grown diamonds are 'G/H' colour and 'VS+' clarity from SCS Global, sustainably sourced from Fenix who are certified by SCS Global.
What is the difference between Natural and Lab Grown Diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds are identical to their natural alternatives when it comes to looks, properties and quality – just often a more affordable option. Our natural diamonds are certified conflict-free.
How do I clean my Tennis Jewellery?
Gently clean your Tennis jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth or warm soapy water and a toothbrush. Avoid harsh chemicals and store your pieces in their pouch or box when not in use.
How do I open the Tennis necklace and bracelet clasp?
Secure your necklace or bracelet by inserting the tongue into the clasp until there's a 'click' sound, then clip the arms down on both sides of the clasp. In order to take off your bracelet, unclip the arms and pull away from the sides of the clasp. Release the tongue by pressing the button.
