Choose a chain, then choose a charm (or three) to add or clip on. Everything is sold separately, so you can build a charm necklace that’s entirely yours and keep adding to it over time.

Yes. Each one is sold individually, so you get exactly the combination you want. We do have pre-styled charm necklaces if you need inspiration.

Every charm and chain in this edit is designed to work together. Clip-on charms clip onto any link, and pendants slide onto the chain. Some chains also have an enhancer clasp, which opens up so you can add clip-on charms and pendants.

It depends on the charm. 

Clip-on charms: Open the clip, hook it onto any link and press it closed until it clicks. 

Pendants: Undo the chain’s clasp, slide the pendant on and fasten it again. 

If your chain has an enhancer clasp, you can open it and add either one there instead.

Absolutely. How many you can add depends on the chain and the size of the charms.

Yes, they’re detachable, so you can take them off, move them around or switch them up whenever you like. One chain, endless combos.

Some of our charms can be engraved for free, so you can add an initial, date or name. Look for the engravable ones here.

Yes, your charms and chains can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of your order arriving, as long as they’re unworn and in their original packaging. UK returns are free, so just start through the returns portal. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

The one exception is engraved charms or pendants, which can’t be returned or exchanged because they’ve been made especially for you. If one arrives faulty, contact us and we’ll make it right.
