Do I need to book an appointment for welding?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially during busy periods. However, we do accept walk-ins when availability allows. You can book your appointment here.

What payment methods are accepted in-store?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including contactless payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note, we are a cashless store.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased online?

You are entitled to a full refund, exchange or store credit only within 60 days if you change your mind. This can only be processed in our Bicester Village store. Just bring your item along with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we can only accept returns purchased in Bicester Village, we are unable to accept online returns or purchases from other stores. All earring sales are final and are exempt from our returns policy.
