PRODUCT RECALL NOTICE

Your wellbeing is our highest priority and we always act with the utmost caution. Following recent product quality checks in our factories, we have identified a conformity issue with certain pieces of our jewellery.

Testing has shown that these pieces may contain a low level of the metal cadmium, which is in excess of the allowed level of 100ppm. Cadmium is commonly present in jewellery and, whilst we understand that it does not pose any immediate safety risks in the levels identified, it can be toxic if ingested by young children and/or cause adverse health effects through skin exposure over a long period of time.

Out of an abundance of caution we are voluntarily recalling the affected products sold by us before 1 May 2025. If your jewellery is part of this recall, we advise you to please:

- Stop wearing it straight away and
- Package it up away from children until it can be returned to us.

You can return your piece to us free of charge and either receive a replacement or request a full refund.
