Where are Missoma stores located?
You can find Missoma stores in iconic locations like Carnaby Street, Covent Garden, Marylebone and Victoria Quarter in Leeds. We’re also in Liberty London.
Do I need to book an appointment for piercing or welding?
We recommend booking an appointment for our piercing and welding studios, but walk-ins are welcome however we cannot guarantee availability.
Are all Missoma jewellery pieces available in-store?
Our stores carry most of our iconic collections, including exclusive designs. For specific items, we recommend checking availability by contacting the store directly.
What payment methods are accepted in-store?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Can I return or exchange an item purchased online at a Missoma store?
Currently you will not be able to return or exchange anything purchased online, you must return orders via our free online returns portal.
What is the piercing studio experience like?
Our piercing studio offers a curated selection of exclusive solid gold studs you won’t find anywhere else. Our trained specialists provide a safe, personalised experience in a welcoming environment.
What is the welding studio?
The welding studio offers permanent bracelets that are custom-fitted to your wrist and welded without a clasp, creating a unique piece that lasts forever.
Are gift cards available in-store?
You can buy a Missoma physical gift card and an e-gift card at one of our standalone stores in London or Leeds, which can be used in-store or online.
