We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

To our customers in Australia, please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is the ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Missoma order.
For security purposes, all Missoma deliveries require a signature. All mainland UK next-day deliveries are sent via DPD and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched (excluding weekends) for engraved and monogrammed items. Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalized item cannot be split into two separate shipments.

We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year.

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
However we can’t accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
We are also unable to accept returns on items purchased from our stockists, and all purchases made will need to be returned directly to them.
Returns are free of charge for customers based in the US and mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
For customers based in Europe or Rest of World, the return cost will be calculated in our Returns Portal.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments returned from outside the UK.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please Contact Us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
